Proximity to ski slopes, impressive indoor pools, scenic views from balconies

Half-hearted maintenance evident!!! Broken fixtures and neglected safety alarms are alarming!!! More consistent pool temperatures would really enhance the experience!!! Addressing noise from outside bins would be an easy fix!!!

An exceptional stay! The staff's friendliness made every moment special, especially in the spa area with its variety of saunas. The food was consistently delicious, with a delightful breakfast spread and creative evening buffets. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and a fantastic location near the ski lift rounded out a perfect experience!

Hotel Kompas features inviting common areas with ample seating, making it easy for seniors to relax and socialize. The spacious dining room is filled with natural light, offering a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy breakfast with stunning mountain views.

Improved ventilation in rooms would enhance comfort.

great room but not enough soundproofing

The big room we got on the ground floor was perfect for our dog. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive during our stay. The swimming pool offered a great escape during the rainy weather. We also enjoyed beautiful mountain views that truly enhanced our experience.

The only downside was not enough soundproofing, as we could hear some noise from outside.

The indoor pool is a highlight, especially with a separate area for children, providing a fun environment for families. Breakfast offered a delightful selection, including fresh baguettes, but the dining area felt too crowded at times. it’s worth noting that the family rooms were on the smaller side, making relaxation a bit challenging. the lack of a phone in the room for contacting reception was inconvenient, and just one small elevator made it a hassle to access the basement for ski equipment storage.

We really enjoyed our stay here, especially the delicious all-you-can-eat menu and the lovely breakfast options every morning. The indoor swimming pool and the sauna were perfect for unwinding after a day in nature. The shower could have been a bit better, but it didn’t take away from our great experience! 🌟

The room could have used a bit more soundproofing to block outside noise.

The kids loved the mini disco and activities offered by the entertainment staff. The pool was often overcrowded, making it hard to relax. Room upkeep needs improvement. Location near ski slopes offers convenience for winter sports enthusiasts.

we stayed at hotel kompas for 4 nights and it was really good for our family trip. the kids had lots of fun with the activity room and the mini-disco. The ski slopes were super close! breakfast was really yummy too, and parking was free. loved the mountain view from our room!

the only downside was that the wifi was kinda weak at times. also, some rooms could use a little update and better soundproofing.
